Harley Quinn inspired nail art

I really like patterns such as diamonds (as on cards), squares, harlequin and so on.

Therefore I got inspired by Bruce Timm's version of Harley Quinn from Batman: The Animated Series to do this nail art.

I've always loved the design of Harley Quinn (but never the character!), for some reason Catwoman has always been high on my list when it came to characters.

Since I like the design of Harley Quinn I thought doing a nail art with it would be fun and oh, I was right.
I made a simple design from Harley Quinns outfit and I got a little proud since both hands looks almost identically. Also sorry 'bout no clean-up on the pictures.

The thumb is with her mask and I used O.P.I - Alpine Snow as the white, Andrea Fulerton - Judy 006 as the black for the mask, and UK Beauty Glam Nails - Glitter Lilac for her eyelids. I also used a really light blue with shimmer for her eyes (it can hardly be seen), but that's by Nail Deco.
The rest of the colors I used was China Glaze - Adventure Red-y, which is the red and L'Oreal - Black Swan as the black. I also used Sally Hansen - Diamond Flash: Top Coat, which is why the design is so glossy.

OOTD - Being sporty cute

I had seen some videos on youtube with the japanese fashionista Ene Yuminaga.
She inspired me to do some more "sporty cute" outfits and since I just bought the jersey I'm wearing I thought: "why not do a sporty cute outfit with it?"

I had a friend coming over, so it was a nice excuse to dress myself nicely.

I saw in one of the videos with Ene Yuminaga that she wears her long 6%DokiDoki necklace two times around the neck - what a clever idea, I must admit I hadn't thought about it at all, jeez!

The shopping list:
Jersey: H&M
Skirt: H&M
Leggings: Penny's (I bought them in Ireland)
Leg warmers: Matas (I think it's a Danish shop?)
Accessories: Claire's, 6%DokiDoki and a Danish shop called Glitter

A super cute cow!

New nail art on my nails! This time it's accent nails.

For a long time I've wanted to do some cow nails (They're rather cute, right?), but I never quite new how the design should be until this came into my mind.

So an accent nail with a cow, and the tip colored pink as the muzzle of the cow - so cute!

I used O.P.I - You Callin' Me a Lyre? for the french manicure, for the tip and the muzzle I used Gosh - Bubble gum. The white used for the cow is O.P.I - Alpine Snow and the black is L'Oreal - Black Swan.

Glittery waterfall

I wanted something simple and easy to do on my nails. I ended up with a kind of waterfall design as you can see.

I think it's rather chic and not boring with all that glitter. It lasted for a week on my nails.

At the bottom I used Gosh - Pearl, it's a little difficult to see, but the color isn't just white but pearly, hence the name of the polish. Since the Gosh polish seemed transparent I put O.P.I - Alpine Snow underneath just in case if the polish would be too transparent.
The glitter polish I used is Essie - A Cut Above, one of my faves, underneath it is one coat of Catrice - Oyster and Champagne but I don't think you can really see it.

Babydoll nail art

I wanted to try out my stamping plates from Konad I got as a present from one of my friends. It was a little difficult, but I guess you just need a technic and then it'll be easier.

I regret doing the black line with the nail polish Judy 006 from Andrea Fulerton since you can see it through the white bow.

The pink color I used is L'Oreal - Babydoll, hence the name of the post. The shimmer nailpolish used on the pinkie is O.P.I - Pirouette My Whistle. The white polish for the bow is of course from a stamping set from Konad.
